Open the Thomson Reuters Authenticator ap and tap the Settings button at the top of the screen.Pair your smart watch to your mobile device.
First, confirm that fingerprint or facial recognition (called Face ID and Touch ID on Apple devices) is not enabled in the Authenticator mobile app. With the Thomson Reuters Authenticator mobile app you can approve login requests on your smart watch.
